Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy for clear audio in supported languages. We support 40+ languages including English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and more. Accuracy may vary with background noise or heavy accents, but our noise reduction helps significantly.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never share your content with third parties or use it to train our models. You can delete your data anytime, and it's permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Premium users can download notes, flashcards, and podcasts for offline access. You can review and study without an internet connection. However, AI processing (transcription, summarization, etc.) requires an internet connection as it happens in the cloud.
